Benefits & Compensation:

  • Manage incoming client inquiries through voice and text channels. Engage in occasional outbound calling initiatives to promote new services or reconnect with previous clients.
  • Assist in pairing clients with the most suitable services and providers to ensure optimal satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on the advantages of regular massage, skincare, and stretching.
  • Build relationships with members and guests to enhance client retention.
  • Connect clients with service enhancements that offer a personalized experience, equipping service providers with the necessary tools to maximize therapy sessions.
  • Contribute as a team member by providing insights on improving our processes.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and understood.
  • Promote the significance of Total Body Care by informing clients about new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and encouraging retail purchases based on provider recommendations.
  • Support clinic operations by managing phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound calls to members regarding their accounts and appointment availability.
  • Reach out to guests for service experience surveys and to highlight membership benefits.
  • Send text notifications to members about available appointments.
  • Assist in growing and retaining the client base through both in-person and remote outreach.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidates:

  • Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and have prior experience in call center or sales roles (preferred).
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills, proficient computer abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Have a passion for total body care with a basic understanding of massage and skincare services.
  • This position requires availability during evenings and weekends.
