Position Summary: Responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, pre-registering and admitting patients, managing incoming calls, scheduling surgical procedures, and retrieving previous medical records. Duties also include sorting mail and handling payments, ensuring timely forwarding to the hospital cashier.

Essential Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of prior experience in a medical office setting is required, with proficiency in medical terminology. Candidates should possess strong computer skills, office experience, excellent telephone etiquette, and customer service abilities. A high school diploma is required, with additional education considered advantageous.
