  • Maintain Accurate Records: Meticulously maintain records including notes, status, stage, pipeline, and forecast.
  • Cold Call, Email, and Outreach: Cold call, email, and outreach to identify and close new business.
  • Follow-up on Leads: Follow-up on leads and broadly work the associated organizations provided by lead generation activities including marketing campaigns, trade shows, etc.
  • Update CRM Daily: Update CRM daily to ensure accurate, complete and up to date sales activity reporting is available.
  • Maintain Proper Documentation: Maintain proper documentation including discovery notes, demo notes, and sales hand-off notes.
  • Drive Expansion and Upgrades: Drive expansion and upgrades within assigned named and basic customers (when applicable).
  • Travel to Cover Territory: Travel to cover the assigned territory, trade shows, customer facing meetings, prospect facing meetings and relevant partnership engagements.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused environment. Outbound sales experience; the ability to self-generate leads through various strategies to supplement the sales pipeline. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and address client needs. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM / Project Management / PSA tools. Understanding of project management, service delivery, and business operations is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in sales methodologies are advantageous.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
