Drive Growth with Anova
Anova is seeking a talented Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth with top design and construction accounts in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new projects and manage existing pipeline to achieve both territory and company sales goals through outbound efforts in a defined geographic area.
- Become a preferred resource to Landscape Architects, Architects, and Designers through involvement with professional organizations and referrals.
- Exceed weekly behavior KPIs which include networking events, presentations, referrals, strategic meetings, and prospecting.
Requirements:
- Successful sales experience - A+D Sales experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience.
- Based within 30 miles of Denver, CO.
- Coachable.
- Strong relationship building.
- Positive attitude - present solutions, not excuses.
- Self-awareness.
- Willingness to Travel up to 40%.
Benefits & Training:
- $90k - $150k including base salary and bonus at quota 1st year.
