Indirect Procurement Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The Indirect Procurement Operational Analyst will assist the Procurement Department in managing the company's supply chain activities across various categories. This role will involve working with software tools to support contract administration, data analysis, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and tracking contract documents, uploading contracts into the contract administration module, and producing reports on contract status.
  • Support the maintenance of data feeds to the spend analytics module, track and classify indirect spend, and provide analysis on data accuracy and completeness.
  • Help ensure the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) module is up to date, including uploading vendor catalogs and item content, and enabling new suppliers and internal users.
  • Assist with placing purchase orders for capital goods and services, and execute spot buys as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field, or one to three years of procurement and/or finance experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and operate with a sense of urgency.
  • Technical competency, especially in Microsoft Office, and basic understanding of contract structure and business objectives.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with technology.
