Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of wellness professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase sales and revenue
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
    • Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wellness center, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
    • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate financial tracking
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of business growth and development
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
