Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management
- Lead and motivate a team of wellness professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Business Development
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wellness center, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate financial tracking
- Sales and Marketing
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement

Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of business growth and development
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
