Job Description

Rochester law firm dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our clients is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys and ensure the smooth operation of our litigation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Work well with others to ensure a cohesive team environment.
  • Anticipate discovery and evidentiary issues, and discuss them with attorneys.
  • Draft proposed discovery responses, non-party subpoenas, and identify documents for production.
  • Organize expert/attorney conferences and prepare expert packages.
  • Gather client documents and interrogatory verification pages.
  • Prepare proposed witness and exhibit lists, exhibits, and objections.
