Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and a deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, copywriting, communications, and SEO. They will be responsible for collaborating with the operations team to develop marketing and branding strategies, identifying revenue opportunities, managing budgets, and tracking key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to uncover insights and develop marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify revenue opportunities among established products and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development of marketing strategy by working closely with leadership, creatives, and content providers to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products.
  • Campaign Execution: Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Resource Management: Identify short- and long-term resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, and expenditures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Senior Marketing Role: Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Budget Planning and Management: Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Excellent understanding of digital marketing, copywriting, communications, branding, and SEO.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications.

Benefits
