Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the safety of our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support facility security staff in maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Monitor and maintain access control equipment to prevent unauthorized access
  • Participate in investigations and root cause analysis to identify and address security risks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement process improvements and enhance security protocols
  • Stay up-to-date with environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • 6 months experience as a Walmart associate or 1 year's work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security-related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
