Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain guest services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee store operations, including expense control, human resource management, and managing operating costs and shrink.
- Develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
- Conduct performance evaluations for all employees and provide coaching or counseling as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Five or more years of experience in sales or auto repair shop management.
- Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success.
- Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.
- Possess valid driver's license and current or expired State Inspector License.
