  • Efficiently organize and manage the grill area to optimize workflow
  • Coordinate cooking times to ensure timely service
  • Follow food safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Uphold quality control and service excellence
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the grill area
  • Ensure the work area is free of debris and manage waste disposal
  • Report any issues related to quality, recipe deviations, or inventory shortages
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of the grill area and associated equipment
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • At least one year of experience in a cooking role
  • Ability to utilize scales, thermometers, and follow detailed recipes
  • Strong communication and organizational capabilities
  • Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Capacity to multitask and perform well under pressure
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment including grills, ovens, and mixers
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and food safety practices
  • Valid Food Handlers Card (if applicable)
