About You:

We're seeking an enthusiastic lover of sports, live entertainment, and people who have true passion for engaging in meaningful interactions and creating memorable experiences for all guests. You should be knowledgeable of all things Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena, and enjoy being a part of an exciting and dynamic group. Job Summary:

We're looking for an Art Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the creative strategy and design direction for our brands. As Art Director, you'll lead and support a talented team of designers and editors to develop innovative and captivating content across various platforms, including digital, print, and experiential. You'll conceptualize and implement design solutions following creative direction, brand strategy, and business/marketing objectives. You'll manage and ensure the success of our social brand presence across all brands, and support the VP in partnership development, integration, and activation. You'll also support the VP in people and skills development, performance review, and business review. You'll work closely with the marketing, social media, and sponsorship teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand representation. You'll provide creative strategy for seasonal campaigns, partnership integration, activations, premium events, identity development, print, app, photography, and uniform design. You'll manage and collaborate closely with the studios operations team on prioritization, assignment, project planning, and vendor relations. You'll support the Sr. Motion Graphic Designer, Director of Content, arena, and live programming on daily asset needs and design strategy. You'll stay current with design trends and best practices to continuously elevate the team's visual storytelling and design aesthetics.
