We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Personal Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, promoting credit union products and services, and processing transactions in various areas.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver world-class face-to-face service to members, addressing their concerns and gaining agreement.
- Process new memberships, additional shares accounts, savings services, loan requests, and loan fundings as requested by members.
- Maintain cash and negotiable items, and may act as branch liaison to support departments.
- Provide consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services, assessing their needs and addressing their concerns.
- Perform various file maintenance, including processing requests for a change of address, check orders, and ordering ATM cards.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of previous related experience required.
