Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Regional Health Ministry to lead our Regional Health Ministry team at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight to our Regional Health Ministry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional objectives and align with Trinity Health's mission and vision.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Regional Health Ministry senior leadership team, enabling collaborative planning, innovation, and decision-making.
  • Ensure excellence in the care experience and operational efficiencies within a variety of delivery settings.
  • Cultivate a culture that promotes and ensures excellence in the care experience and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with regional executives, system office colleagues, and other Regional Health Ministry Presidents to achieve regional and system objectives.
  • Share accountability for the achievement of regional performance metrics, including regional development.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Health Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of management experience, including experience as the Chief Operating Officer and/or President/Chief Executive Officer of an integrated health care entity.
  • Advanced business and executive leadership skills to develop new or enhance existing clinical and operational strategies, business plans, policies, and programs.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of current health care trends and practices.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to identify, create, and foster an organizational culture that is supportive of and builds upon the Trinity Health faith-based traditions and vision for a healing ministry.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to adapt to frequently changing work priorities and to travel as needed to various Trinity Health sites.
