Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Prime Car Wash. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our car wash facilities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of our car wash facilities, including managing equipment, supplies, and personnel.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests receive a top-notch experience and building strong relationships with our members.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of our locations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and human resources.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
