Position Summary

The Manager of Center Operations at BY YOUR SIDE – Autism Therapy Services is dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences for parents and families by ensuring precise and effective communication and documentation between parents and clinical personnel. This role serves as the primary contact for all daily operational needs within the center.

Salary Range: $55K-$65K based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhancing Parent Experience
    • Deliver exceptional service by fostering strong relationships with families.
    • Act as a communication liaison for parental inquiries and clinical requirements.
    • Address any parent concerns or needs as the first point of contact.
    • Ensure adherence to policies regarding attendance and availability changes.
  • Managing Intake and Enrollment
    • Oversee and manage the intake process, ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.
    • Collaborate with senior management on intake trends and needs.
    • Facilitate a smooth intake experience for families and the clinical team.
    • Review new parent documentation to ensure understanding of policies.
  • Center Operations Oversight
    • Maintain a visible presence during peak operational times.
    • Regularly audit therapy and administrative spaces for cleanliness and safety.
    • Standardize cleaning procedures and restock supplies as necessary.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise the Scheduling Manager and Office Coordinator.
    • Address employee performance issues related to professionalism and attendance.
    • Guide office staff to ensure a professional and efficient clinic environment.
  • Data Management and Reporting
    • Assist with weekly reporting for operational metrics.
    • Monitor key performance indicators such as cancellation rates and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic operations.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience in training and developing team members.
  • Supervisory experience of at least 3 years.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Interest in working with children on the autism spectrum.
  • Dependability and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
