We are seeking an exceptional Infectious Diseases physician to join our team at West Virginia University Health System. As a key member of our ID Division, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and contributing to scholarly activities.
Responsibilities- Practice in the area of adult Infectious Diseases, with a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth services.
- Support and expand our Musculoskeletal ID consult service and follow up in outpatient combined ID/Orthopedic clinic.
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows, and participate in scholarly activities.
- MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligibility for state medical license.
- Completion of an Internal Medicine Residency Program and Infectious Diseases fellowship program.
- Board certification/eligibility in Infectious Diseases.
