We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Infectious Diseases Physician to join our team at University Health Associates. As a faculty member in the clinical track, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, teaching medical students and residents, and participating in clinical and translational research.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the in-patient and ambulatory care settings
- Teach medical students and residents in the pediatric and internal medicine ID fellowship programs
- Participate in clinical and translational research projects
- Develop and implement antibiotic stewardship and infection prevention programs
- MD, MD/PhD, or DO degree (foreign educational equivalent accepted)
- Eligibility to obtain a state medical license
- Completion of an accredited pediatric or pediatric/internal medicine residency program
- American Board of Pediatrics certification
- Subsequent pediatric subspecialty certification expected
