Key Responsibilities

+ Collaborates and communicates with supervisors, clients, and other trades to guarantee timely and cost-effective maintenance services.

+ Conducts comprehensive maintenance tasks, including the installation and repair of equipment. Utilizes hand and power tools to measure, cut, and install building materials.

+ Assists in maintaining complete lawn care during the growing season and ensures thorough snow and ice removal from pathways and driveways.

+ Accurately documents procedures and completed work in a timely manner.

+ Ensures the proper care, maintenance, and safe usage of equipment and supplies, maintaining clean and orderly work areas.

+ Adheres to all legal specifications, codes, organizational policies, and compliance requirements in service delivery.

+ Plans and coordinates workflow with other trades, serving as a resource for building systems.

Qualifications

Required:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
