Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional sales support and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Source and procure parts as needed to ensure speedy fulfillment and meet sales goals.
  • Order parts in accordance with dealership procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the service department to maintain special order parts and ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide written quotes to customers as needed and process core/warranty claims according to company guidelines.
Requirements
