We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will have the opportunity to create and lead a model classroom, inspiring young minds and fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each child
  • Lead a team of educators in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Montessori methodologies and best practices

  • A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $45,000 depending on experience
