Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Montessori Lead Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and leading a model classroom, providing a high-quality educational experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with Montessori principles and Guidepost Montessori's educational philosophy.
  • Lead a team of educators in the infant program, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for staff, including training and coaching on Montessori methods and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

  • A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $45,000 depending on experience.
  • Sponsored MACTE-accredited Montessori Teacher Diploma ($5,000 value).
