Branch Operations:
Our branch operates from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. As a Sales Counter Representative, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers both in-person and over the phone, embodying the Famous Way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and effective customer service
- Assess customer requirements and provide appropriate products and solutions
- Process and manage customer orders
- Handle Open Orders and customer bids
- Retrieve orders from the warehouse for customer fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area

Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or Plumbing
- Forklift operation experience
- Familiarity with RF Scanners
- Background in warehouse operations
