The role involves working with customers to build trust and loyalty by showing empathy and resolving concerns efficiently. You will also resolve a range of issues by carefully listening to customers and leveraging skills learned during training combined with knowledge base tools to ensure their queries are addressed and they have a positive view of our client's brand throughout the case management process.

You will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, emails, and other correspondence in a helpful, courteous, and professional manner, displaying knowledge and concern for customers' needs.

We offer a competitive salary of $19.50 per hour, along with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, and 401(k) matching.

In this role, you will be empowered to make decisions using customer satisfaction tools to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer loyalty.
