POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a skilled individual to join our Food and Beverage team. The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving beverages, as well as fulfilling the food service requirements of our patrons. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, managing breakage logs, and restocking supplies as necessary. The primary objective of the Bartender is to deliver positive, professional, and courteous service in a fast-paced and vibrant environment. The Bartender collaborates closely with the Bar Supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide service to guests within one minute of their arrival, utilizing suggestive selling techniques and serving beverages responsibly, adhering to legal guidelines, and ensuring accurate guest checks.
- Respond promptly to all bartender pages to retrieve customer orders in a timely manner.
- Complete all side work tasks, including opening, ongoing, and closing duties, as well as performing special cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors and management.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience in bartending is preferred. A solid understanding of Michigan Liquor Control Commission Laws is essential.
