As part of the Denver Human Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our community receives the support it needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and expertise to support staff, assisting with escalations, and offering leadership to management as necessary
- Delivering professional and courteous customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Managing communications, creating case files, and responding to inquiries from partners and customers
- Acquiring knowledge to effectively address customer questions
- Ensuring accurate data entry
- Reconciling Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) logs
- Regularly commuting to different Neighborhood Resource Centers
- Collaborating with community partners
- Executing additional duties and projects as assigned
What You Bring

- Strong communication skills and a commitment to service leadership
- Proven customer service experience, including client interactions
- Effective time management abilities
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, TEAMS, and Adobe Acrobat
- Prior experience with Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) and Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS)
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of clerical experience, including two years at the level of Administrative Support Assistant III
- Additional education may substitute for experience requirements
