Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
    • Maintain accurate records, including departmental files, membership renewals, and payment collections.
    • Prepare and distribute reports, schedules, and newsletters as needed.
  • Tennis Department Support
    • Assist with merchandise ordering, inventory management, and cash handling.
    • Support Tennis camps, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with parents.
    • Help maintain Tennis staff schedules, rosters, and programming materials.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and program participants.

Requirements
  • Education

  • Experience
