Tennis Coach

Are you a skilled tennis coach looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tennis Professional to join our team at the Jewish Community Center of Dallas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented tennis coach to provide instruction and guidance to players of all ages and skill levels. As a Tennis Professional, you will be responsible for creating and implementing tennis programs, clinics, and lessons that promote player development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement tennis programs, clinics, and lessons for players of all ages and skill levels.

· Provide instruction and guidance to players, focusing on technique, strategy, and sportsmanship.

· Assist in promoting and conducting tennis events, tournaments, and programs to attract and retain members.

· Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive and inclusive tennis environment.

· Maintain accurate records of player progress, lesson plans, and program evaluations.

Requirements

· Net Generation Certified or College tennis experience preferred.

· Experience teaching tennis lessons to adults and juniors of various levels.

· USTA 4.0 rating minimum preferred.

· Thorough knowledge of the game of tennis and pickleball.

· Positive attitude, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

· Current American Red Cross First Aid, CPR & AED certificates or ability to obtain certification.
