Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Cloud CoE Lead, you will be responsible for defining the vision, developing strategy, setting direction, and determining priorities for the Cloud CoE. You will drive strategic value and impact to customers, both internal and external, by defining the Cloud CoE strategy and determining priorities and establishing a product roadmap based on customer needs, industry norms, and market rhythms.

  • Define the Cloud CoE strategy to drive strategic value and impact to customers
  • Determine priorities and establish a product roadmap for the Cloud CoE
  • Provide thought leadership on Cloud Transformation, technology trends, challenges, and strategy

Enterprise Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Engage, influence, and negotiate with senior leadership across the organization to drive adoption of the Cloud CoE
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with and influence technology stakeholders, HR, and senior leadership
  • Evangelize and advocate business value and economic benefits of Cloud CoE
  • Communicate Cloud CoE vision, milestones, and value to stakeholders
  • Establish a mechanism for customers to provide feedback on Cloud services
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive the success of the Cloud CoE
  • Build relationships with all levels in an organization, from technical experts to senior executives

Accelerate the Adoption of Cloud CoE:

  • Take ownership with a high sense of urgency and take an entrepreneurial approach to drive increased adoption of Cloud CoE
  • Drive increased consumption of Cloud CoE products, services, and best practices by internal customers
  • Identify new opportunities where Cloud CoE can drive and support strategic business objectives of Application owners

Consistently Deliver Value to Customers:

  • Drive the highest standards of delivery to ensure customer delight through quality of product and speed of delivery
  • Evangelize and ensure incorporation of governance into overall strategy, roadmap, and process
  • Define and measure success, including reporting and tracking of customer satisfaction, budgets, and costs

Build and Develop a High-Performing Team:

  • Attract top talent internally and/or externally with outstanding Cloud-based skills and competencies
  • Build a cross-functional team that designs and runs applications in a highly agile/scrum approach
  • Enable a robust Training & Development strategy to address individual needs and Cloud CoE expectations
  • Manage performance and provide career growth opportunities
  • Create a highly collaborative team culture to enable agile way of working
  • Motivate, coach, and mentor the Cloud CoE team

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid business judgment and financial acumen and relationship management experience
  • Experience of having worked in an Agile/Scrum environment and/or knowledge of operating in an Agile/scrum approach
