Our mission is to provide exceptional service dogs to individuals with disabilities, including veterans, children with autism, and adults with physical disabilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to serve as our next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the organization's mission and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. As CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing our 50+ person team and $5M budget, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the organization's future, aligning with the mission and values of NEADS.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to refine and execute the 2022 strategic plan, ensuring the organization's continued growth and success.
  • Lead the development of business opportunities and partnerships to increase the organization's reach and impact.
  • Provide strong leadership and management to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Represent NEADS as the primary face and voice, advocating for the organization's mission and values.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Experience in business development, with a strong understanding of financial management and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of the organization's mission and values, with a commitment to serving individuals with disabilities.
