Specific Duties:
- Prepare menu items and backups to ensure timely service.
- Coordinate with management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Answer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of customer-facing areas.
- Ensure grab-and-go areas are consistently stocked.
- Facilitate smooth service periods and production processes.
- Monitor product freshness and maintain proper storage practices.
- Organize production sheets and daily service plans.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
- Utilize logs and templates for tracking purposes.
- Provide training to new staff as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, organized, and flexible.
- Strong communication skills.
- 3-5 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in large-scale food service.
- Relevant leadership experience.
- Proficient cooking skills and knowledge of large-scale production.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to follow directions and maintain health and safety standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective team player with attention to detail.
