Project Site Manager

Patriot Construction Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, site logistics, scheduling, administration, reporting, and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project communications, identify stakeholders, and conduct regular meetings to report project status.
- Lead on-site decision-making processes, ensuring project plans, specifications, logistics, estimates, schedules, and manpower requirements are met.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings with subcontractors and coordinate with the owner on safety plans, traffic plans, and site cleanliness.
- Inspect materials and assemblies upon arrival, ensuring they meet design requirements, and inspect work daily to ensure conformance to design and specifications.
- Report RFI's and changes in work to the Project Executive and assist with monthly applications for payment.
- Plan and coordinate project closeout, including completion of punch list items, startup and operational instruction, final cleanup, and delivery of final documents.
