Acxion Foodservice Territory Manager

Drive business growth and sales in the territory by aggressively marketing and presenting top food lines to customers. Utilize timely reporting of activity in the CRM system to ensure accurate call reporting and results for objective planning. Maintain a positive business relationship with Large Leverage Operators (LLO's), clients, and distributors while achieving sales through targeted objective planning.
Responsibilities:- Aggressively market and present manufacturers' product lines to increase sales for company.
- Utilize CRM system to report results of sales calls and objective planning goals to record activity.
- Make weekly closures to targets in their Objective Plan.
- Work with distributor sales representatives on training them on client's products to ensure sales of Acxion products are being sold.
- Build relationships with top accounts, key decision makers, and distributors by setting up appointments to discuss business activity and needs of customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize schedule.
- Good decision and negotiating skills.
- Effective time-management skills.
- Maintain high level of professionalism.
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in business or related field, culinary and/or operations experience, sales knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Product and sales training is also required. This position requires frequent travel and ability to drive for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 30 lbs and maintain current and valid driver's license and auto insurance.
