Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Anesthesia Department at Memorial Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the department, including coordinating patient access, scheduling procedures, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate patient access and scheduling for anesthesia procedures.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient records and charts.
  3. Provide administrative support to the Anesthesia Department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Secondary Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform other duties as assigned by the Anesthesia Department leadership.


Job Specifications

Education
  1. Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience
  1. Minimum one year of experience in a medical office or administrative setting.
