Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at FastSigns. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Educate customers on the best solutions for their needs
- Communicate customer needs to our design and production team members
- Create estimates and orders, and take payments using our point of sale system
- Represent the company with truth and respect
- 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Type 60+ words a minute
- Knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Enjoy working with people
- Likes to problem-solve
- Possess a friendly and positive can-do attitude
