Job Title: Manager-Medical Science Liaison-Hema

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager-Medical Science Liaison-Hema to join our team at Eli Lilly. As a key member of our Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) program, you will be responsible for providing scientific and clinical knowledge to leading researchers and practitioners in the field of hematology oncology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leading researchers and practitioners with the scientific and clinical knowledge that most meaningfully and precisely addresses their needs.
  • Act as one of the primary interfaces between Lilly Medical and Scientific and Clinical Experts (SEs/CEs) to deliver a positive experience.
  • Effectively analyze customer data, plan, and prioritize to engage assigned SEs/CEs most effectively through a combination of face-to-face and virtual engagement.
  • Synthesize and communicate actionable customer/clinical insights to internal Lilly Medical and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field) required.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience desired.
  • Learning agility to comprehend and effectively communicate large amounts of complex scientific content.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective strategic and critical thinking.
