Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Signature HealthCARE LLC. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supervision to our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to patients and residents
  • Supervise activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Active CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
