Job Summary:

At Baptist Health, we are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our Imaging Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and operating advanced imaging equipment to assist in diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:

Apply pulsed radio-frequency waves and magnetic energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment
Participate in an on-call schedule as required
Perform magnetic resonance procedures, computer processing, and related techniques to produce images for interpretation by a Radiologist or licensed independent practitioner
Exercise professional judgment in the performance of services and maintain a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics
Recognize various patient conditions to provide appropriate patient care and ensure successful completion of exams or procedures

Requirements:

Satisfactory completion of an accredited education program in radiologic technology or magnetic resonance imaging
Current Advanced ARRT Registry Required in MRI or eligible and obtain advanced registry within one (1) year of hire date
Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
