Our client is a globally recognized, privately held manufacturer specializing in advanced temperature and humidity control solutions. They offer a comprehensive range of precision cooling systems, air handlers, ultrasonic humidifiers, desiccant dehumidifiers, and tailored solutions designed for industrial, commercial, and mission-critical settings.

Job Overview: Must possess or be capable of acquiring in-depth knowledge of Precision Cooling and Ultrasonic Humidification systems. The technician should have a strong ability to learn new product technologies, electrical diagrams, and system integration. Responsible for delivering Factory Authorized Services, including Start-up, Basic Product training, Commissioning Support, Preventive Maintenance, Diagnostics, Repairs, and Client Engagement. Must consistently demonstrate a robust work ethic along with exceptional time management, customer service, computer, verbal, and written communication skills. The technician is required to accurately document all quality assurance, installation, and application issues that may impact warranty or unit performance. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance via phone when not engaged in service. Collaborate with Field Service Coordinators to update the status of all service activities. Review any necessary technical documentation prior to scheduled service appointments. Aim to reduce costs associated with service and warranty activities. Thoroughly document all service activities and submit reports promptly. Deliver follow-up documentation to clients after site visits for start-up, warranty, and performance assessments. Accurately report all expenses in a timely manner. Maintain vehicle inventory as required. Be available for overtime and after-hours assignments. Willingness to travel as needed. Attend Product Training sessions as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To successfully perform this role, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily. Ideal Candidate Profile: Years of experience (Required) Journeyman License (Required) EPA Type II Certification (Required) OSHA Certification (Required) Education and Experience (Certificates, Licenses, Registrations): High School Diploma and - years of vocational training in HVAC/R and related fields (Apprenticeship certifications may include NATE, RETA, HVAC Excellence; Technicians have a -day grace period to recertify after their certification expiration date. After days, technicians must take and pass all exams to re-establish their certification) Must be in the process of obtaining or currently hold a Journeyman's License for HVAC or an equivalent license. Journeyman/Master HVAC trade license Years of relevant experience in the HVAC/R sector . Non-Licensed Journeyman/Master HVAC trade license, with at least - + years of commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience will be considered. Type II EPA certification for refrigerant handling and reclamation. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. OSHA Training Language Proficiency: Ability to read and follow written instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with organizational personnel. Ability to work from verbal instructions. Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
