Our client is a renowned, privately held manufacturer dedicated to delivering advanced temperature and humidity control solutions. They offer a comprehensive range of precision cooling systems, air handlers, ultrasonic humidifiers, desiccant dehumidifiers, and tailored solutions for industrial, commercial, and mission-critical settings.

Job Overview: Develop expertise in Precision Cooling and Ultrasonic Humidification technologies. Demonstrate a strong ability to learn new product technologies, electrical schematics, and product/control integration. Provide Factory Authorized Services, including Start-up, Basic Product Training, Commissioning Support, Preventive Maintenance, Diagnostics, Repairs, and Client Interaction. Exhibit a robust work ethic alongside exceptional time management, customer service, computer, verbal, and written communication skills. Accurately report any quality assurance, installation, and application issues impacting warranty or unit performance. Key Responsibilities: Offer technical support via phone when not engaged in field service. Coordinate service activity status with Field Service Coordinators. Prepare for scheduled service by reviewing necessary technical information in advance. Minimize service and warranty transaction costs for the company. Document all service activities thoroughly and submit reports promptly. Provide follow-up documentation to clients after site visits for start-up, warranty, and performance assessments. Report all expenses accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain vehicle inventory as required. Be available for overtime and off-hour assignments. Travel as required for assignments. Attend Product Training sessions as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Successful performance of essential duties is required. The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for this role. Ideal Candidate Profile: Years of relevant experience (Required) Journeyman License (Required) EPA Type II Certification (Required) OSHA Certification (Required) Education and Experience: High School Diploma and years of trade school education in HVAC/R or related fields (Apprenticeship licenses may include NATE, RETA, HVAC Excellence; Technicians have a grace period to recertify after certification expiration. After this period, technicians must pass all exams to regain certification.) Must be in the process of obtaining or currently hold a Journeyman's License for HVAC or an equivalent license. Journeyman/Master HVAC trade license Years of relevant experience in the HVAC/R sector . Non-Licensed Journeyman/Master HVAC trade license, with at least - + years of commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience considered. Type II EPA certification for refrigerant handling and reclamation. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. OSHA Training Language Proficiency: Ability to read and follow written instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with organizational employees. Ability to work from verbal instructions. Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations in various units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
