The Solution Architect leads enterprise customer engagements, partnering with collaborators to achieve vision and deliver key results. They serve as hands-on advisors using strong communication skills, solution knowledge, Salesforce product expertise, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of client business to deliver customer return on investment.

Solution Architects are skilled presenters and facilitators who co-create vision and execute plans with customers, acquiring their acceptance of delivered solutions. They can drive difficult conversations, remove roadblocks, and analyze issues to resolve root causes. They interact with technical and business customers from all levels through C-suite, understanding requirements, analyzing information, and crafting comprehensive solutions.

They demonstrate a strong understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers within the industry and are stewards of Professional Services Methodology. Solution Architects engage with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure solutions drive effective value achievement. They supply thought leadership and standard methodologies, engaging with cloud-specific practices teams.

Your Impact: Responsibilities

We're seeking a Solution Architect to serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product authority to our largest, most sophisticated enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Identifying and leading internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
  • Guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying new technologies that drive increased business value.
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with various levels of client organizations.
  • Identifying and proactively leading risk areas and committing to resolving issues.
  • Handling customer expectations and negotiating solutions with customers and third-party partners.
  • Reviewing and correcting project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts.
  • Driving program visions and advising on strategies to enable technologies, including the Salesforce platform.

Minimum Qualifications

We require:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using waterfall and agile software development methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.
  • Authority level experience defining system architecture landscapes and delivering comprehensive solutions.
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system designs.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts.
  • Meticulous individuals with rapid learning abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop materials for diverse audiences.
  • A great listener with ability to connect with people in diverse roles.
  • Resourceful thinkers who can solve problems.
  • Possible travel of about 25%, depending on customer needs.

  • Delivering high-value business outcomes using an agile approach.
  • Confirmed results leading customer and/or partner success stories.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience.

Estimated Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $128,300 to $217,200 per year, based on location and experience.
