Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being
* Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident-centered care plans

* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
