Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Senior Living Communities. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for delivering person-centered care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and transferring, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and transferring.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity.
  • Assist with housekeeping services, including bed making, trash removal, and laundry.
  • Participate in life enrichment activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings.
  • Take and record vital signs and weights as ordered or required by regulations.
  • Participate in and attend all in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
Requirements:
  • State Certification as a Nursing Assistant
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid
  • Two years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred
