About the Role

As a CNA, you'll work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to residents in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and other post-acute settings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding
  • Monitoring residents' vital signs and reporting any concerns to the nursing team
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their loved ones

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll need to have:

  • A current Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
