About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in post-acute facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to resident care plans and ensuring the highest level of comfort and dignity.
  • Monitor and report vital signs, including blood pressure, and communicate effectively with the nursing team.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring environment.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and residents to ensure seamless communication and care.
Requirements
  • Current Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
