Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign monitoring and reporting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and mobility
  • Support residents with meals and feeding as needed
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and visitors
  • Contribute to a clean and safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and resident rooms
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
