We are seeking an experienced RN to take the next step in their nursing career as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in the Intermediate Care Unit at Johnston-Willis Hospital.

About the Role

This is a full-time night shift position that offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. As a CNC, you will mentor and support your team to achieve the best outcomes as they provide direct nursing care to adult patients who are acutely ill and recovering from various medical and post-surgical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
  • A current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or a Current Multistate Compact License.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in leadership roles.
