Nursing Leadership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a Clinical Nurse Coordinator position in our Women's Health Unit. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the unit.
Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting and 1 year of medical surgical and/or post-operative gynecological surgical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
