Job Title

A Regional Sales Manager is sought after by Rite Rug Flooring to lead the sales and accounts in the Builder Division.

About the Job

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in the flooring industry, particularly in the Builder segment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multi-task, and prioritize duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships with Builders
• Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to Builders
• Determine customer needs and match appropriately with Rite Rug products
• Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in the flooring industry preferred
• Experience with the Builder industry is a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and problem solve

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
