Job Overview:- Objective: Responsible for the packaging of pharmaceutical products in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines. Ensures adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements throughout the packaging process.
- Monitor machinery operations to guarantee product quality and compliance with established standards.
- Modify machine settings based on product dimensions or processing requirements.
- Operate packaging machinery efficiently.
- Control machine parameters such as flow rate, speed, and temperature.
- Examine finished products and packaging materials for quality assurance.
- Supervise production line activities to identify and resolve issues.
- Count and document packaged products accurately.
- Label finished products with appropriate identification.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with equipment assembly, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Experience in adhering to SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical packaging is preferred.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary.
